Mike Lamb, Director of Training
Michael Lamb brings over thirty-five years of training, protective/security operations, and investigative experience. He is a veteran of the US Army; a former law enforcement professional; security specialist; as well as an insurance fraud and healthcare investigator. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement from Jacksonville State University (JSU). While at JSU he also obtained a certification as a Personal Protection Specialist. Michael is a graduate of the US Army Military Police School, Special Reaction Team Course (SRT), Air Assault Course, Installation/Physical Security Course, and Instructor Trainer Course. While in the Army, he served as a squad leader, physical security non-commissioned officer, instructor/trainer, and member of the special reaction team. As a law enforcement professional, Michael was a field training officer, member of SWAT, and received extensive tactical, weapons, and protection training. He is a graduate of SWAT (Basic and Advance), SWAT Precision Rifle, Close Quarters Battle (CQB), Chemical Munitions Instructor, as well as other firearms and defensive tactics courses. As a security specialist, Michael was a security principal contracted to conduct threat assessments, manage, and train a large team of security professionals for one of the country’s largest hydroelectric facilities. Michael is a Washington Certified Trainer for Private Security, as well as a certified De-Escalation Instructor. Michael’s ability to adapt and exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills; leadership in a team environment; extensive conflict and crisis prevention training; high attention to detail; and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; make him a proven asset for any protective and training detail.
